Why queues still frustrate everyone
Walk into any busy clinic, pharmacy, or government office and you'll see the same scene: people crowding a reception desk, unsure who's next, half of them wondering if they've been forgotten. The queue moves, but nobody knows when it's their turn until their name or number is called out loud. Jonot exists to fix that. We built a system where customers join by QR code, kiosk, or staff entry and then follow their position live from their own phone. The lobby display, the desk view, and the customer page all stay in sync. When internet is unstable, a local fallback keeps ticket calling available. When things are quiet, the queue just sits there — no subscription required to exist.

Jonot is made by Jonot Oy, a company registered in Helsinki, Finland. We're based in the EU, which means the data you process through Jonot stays on EU infrastructure and is governed by GDPR from day one — not retrofitted as a compliance add-on.
